In connection with the fact that from 25 May 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) shall apply, in order to ensure the security of your personal data, we have implemented all organizational and technical security measures resulting from the GDPR. In accordance with Article 13 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that:

1. The administrator of your data in accordance with Article 4 item 7 of the GDPR is Radunia-Containers K.Pich & S.Owczarek Sp. J. with its registered office in Gdynia (81-061) at ul. Hutnicza 36B.
2. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of conducting our business activity consisting in the provision of services in the field of storage, repairs, rental, sale and transport of containers, whereby the execution of orders received from our clients is often carried out through subcontractors and persons employed by them: if you are an entrepreneur conducting business activity: your data is processed by us for the purpose of implementing the contract concluded between us (art. 6 sec. 1 letter b GDPR) or on the basis of consent (art. 6 sec. 1 letter a GDPR), we also do not rule out that your personal data will be processed for the purposes of implementing the legally justified interests of the Personal Data Administrator (art. 6 sec. 1 letter c, f GDPR), which are:
   • activities accompanying the implementation of contracts and orders, in particular the transfer of information regarding the order or contract and entities performing them: initial, final customers or subcontractors,
   • possible investigation receivables,
   • protection of property, business secrets,
   • fulfillment of fiscal, accounting and legal obligations incumbent on the administrator, Your personal data has been obtained by us from contracts, orders, commercial inquiries, commercial offers, correspondence via e-mail. We process the following categories of your personal data: contact details, data necessary for settlements and invoicing, identification numbers (NIP, REGON), and in some cases the vehicle registration number (to the extent that the driver’s notification is necessary).
   • if you are persons employed by an entrepreneur or persons acting on their behalf: your personal data are processed by us for the purpose of performing the contract concluded between us and the entrepreneur on whose behalf you are acting – in such a case, the processing of personal data takes place on the basis of your consent (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter a of the GDPR) or on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Personal Data Administrator (Article 6 paragraph 1 letter f of the GDPR), where these legitimate interests are:
     • ensuring the possibility of performing the contract concluded between us and the entrepreneur on whose behalf you are acting, and your personal data are processed only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper performance of this contract,
     • b. possible recovery of receivables against the entrepreneur,
     • c. protection of property, business secrets and control of the production process and the course of providing services by the Administrator using video monitoring,
     • d. we also do not rule out that if you have been indicated as the entrepreneur’s contact person, your data will be used for marketing purposes.
   • if you do not consent to the processing of your personal data for purposes related to direct marketing, you may at any time file a free objection to the processing of your data in this way, however, this will prevent us from submitting offers of cooperation to the entrepreneur you represent, your personal data were obtained by us from contracts, orders, commercial inquiries, commercial offers, or directly from the entrepreneur on whose behalf you act.
   • Personal data were also obtained:
     • a. directly from you, which we consider as expressing consent by performing a specific activity or signing a consent for teleinformatic contact,
     • b. from public websites (categories: standard data, e-mail address, telephone number, name or first and last name and address).
     • We process the following categories of your personal data: contact data, in particular: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number. Your e-mail address or telephone number is processed in our company – Radunia-Containers Sp. J. for communication purposes, on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter f) of the GDPR. Personal data will be made available to other recipients, on the basis of further sending of mail regarding a specific discussed topic to a larger group of people.
